1 bunch of kale
handful of parsley
2 stalks of celery
handful of mint
1 green apple
handful of jalapeno
Cut kale, parsley, mint into smaller pieces and add them in.
Rinse celery thoroughly and cut them into smaller pieces before putting through the juicer (even the leafy tops).
Add in jalapeno.
Add in apple without cutting nor removing pits.
Cut the cucumber in half and use it to help push everything through your juicer.
No need to peel cucumber.
