1 bunch of kale
handful of parsley
2 stalks of celery
handful of mint
Cut kale, parsley and mint into smaller pieces and add them in.
Rinse celery thoroughly and cut them into smaller pieces before putting through the juicer (even the leafy tops).
Cut the cucumber in half and use it to help push the kale, parsley and mint through your juicer.
No need to peel cucumber.
