You can keep the seeds in as they contain excellent nutrients too.
Then, for the pineapple, the heavier a pineapple is, the riper it is.
Grab hold of the top and twist off.
Slice into quarters, cut out the woody core, peel the skin, and juice.
Followed by the lemon.
Then, rinse your carrots thoroughly before passing through the juicer.
You can juice your carrots with the greens and skins still on.
However, cut your carrots into smaller pieces to lower the noise as the soft skin of carrots would rub against the juicer screw.
But this step is totally optional.
Then proceed with your apple and finally turmeric.
