6 celery hearts

3 collard leaves

4 sprigs of mint
Cut kale and mint into smaller pieces.
Rinse celery thoroughly and cut them into smaller pieces before putting through the juicer. Wash spinach well because some bunches can have a lot of grit on them before adding in. Collar leaves is a good alternative to kale.
Wash the large leaves and cut them into smaller pieces before juicing.
Add in apples without cutting nor removing pits.
Cut the cucumber in half and use it to help push everything through your juicer.
No need to peel cucumber.
