1 whole spinach bunch (about 6 cups)

2 green apples, cut into wedges

1 medium - large lemon, peeled and cut into chunks

2 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks

1 chunk of ginger

Leaves from 6-8 stems of fresh mint
Directions
Set up your MOD Cold Press for juicing (see the juicing handbook for more detailed instructions);
Slowly feed the produce down the chute;
Serve the juice with a couple of ice cubes.
