INGREDIENTS

  • 100g (1/2 cup) fresh or frozen diced mango
  • 25g (1/4 cup) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 200ml plain kefir

METHOD

  • Place all ingredients in your Mod Blend Pro with a 1/4 cold water and simply select the smoothie function button on the display, once it finishes blending pour into a glass or smoothie bowl, serve immediately. Enjoy!
