Coconut Lime Sorbet

Ingredients:
15 ounce of coconut, chopped and frozen overnight 
½ lime

Instructions:
1. Partially thaw your frozen coconut meat (5-10 minutes)


2. Insert the sorbet strainer into your Mod Cold Press (see booklet for instructions)

3. Feed the frozen coconut meat through your Mod juicer

4. Feed the lime through
